When will my order ship?

Current TAT (Turn Around Time) is 7-18 business days. Business days are M-F, excluding weekends. I know this is longer than ordering from a big business, but I am one person who hand blends, bottles and packs each order. I try to get orders packaged out as quickly as I can but I can run behind, especially as I work a full-time job outside of running Blvck Flvmingo. You can always send me a message to inquire about the status of your order.

National Holidays, holidays, inclement weather and other delays can affect shipping time too. 

 

My order was lost/stolen, what do I do?

Once an order has been dropped off at the Post Office, I cannot control what happens. You can open a dispute with the USPS. 

 

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

This is handled on a case by case basis. Damage during shipment needs to be addressed by opening a claim with USPS. Photos of damage are needed and must be contacted within 5 days of receiving the package.

 

I placed an order on (insert date here), why haven't I got an update?

An email is sent out when you place an order. You will receive a shipping notification when it ships, which could be 7-18 business days. I do not send out update emails in between. 

 

I don't like how this fragrance smells, can I get a refund/return?

Unfortunately, orders can not be returned due to the nature of the product. Refunds are not available for disliking a fragrance. Please choose a sample size before committing to a larger bottle. Fragrance can vary greatly from person to person. I try to describe each fragrance as accurately as I can, but everyone perceives scent differently. 

 

This fragrance doesn't smell like I thought it would.

I try to describe each fragrance accurately but smell can differ greatly from person to person. Some aroma chemicals are soft and enchanting to one person and loudly obnoxious to another. Your own skin chemistry can alter the fragrance also. Sample sizes are available to test whether or not a fragrance is for you. 

 

Do you offer PR/free samples?

At this time I do not have a PR list. On occasion, I add extra samples to orders of current or upcoming scents. It is not a guarantee you will receive free samples.

 

Do you ship internationally?

I do not currently ship internationally. 

 

Are you fragrances skin safe?

Yes. I currently adhere to IFRA guidelines regarding materials and their limits. With the upcoming 2027 changes, I am not sure if I will reformat current scents or simply retire the fragrances. I currently use Galaxolide and Cyclamen Aldehyde in a couple scents which are being discontinued widely in 2027.

All fragrances are skin safe and made using high quality ingredients and I do not use fragrance oils. Please patch test first. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician. Allergen info is listed on each fragrance. If you have a specific concern, please email me.
